Escape the city for a yoga and wellness weekend away in the spectacular Eastern View, Victoria. This retreat is designed to restore, reconnect and recharge you on every level with yin and hatha classes for all levels, seasonal meditations, and a setting infused with all the beauty of depth of nature’s finest medicine- salty air and expansive ocean views.

This epic venue is truly one of a kind located directly across from the ocean and backed by expansive bushland. There are only 8 rooms available across two side by side houses that have shared communal areas, a tennis court and expansive decking to soak in the sun and relax. Expect a nourishing weekend away of delicious meals, juicy yoga practices, connection, ritual and meditation under a brilliant full moon.

FOOD

All meals and snacks will be provided by Aliza of Shakti Fresh. Aliza’s plant-based catering includes an abundance of wholesome and nutrition-packed meals and snacks. All the ingredients and produce are seasonal and freshly sourced from local markets and farmers.

YOUR WEEKEND ESCAPE

Friday afternoon: 3.30pm arrive at Retreat. You’ll make your own way to Eastern View (less than a 2 hour drive from Melbourne). Once you experience the sound of the waves and that incredible ocean view, you won’t want to leave! Unpack, curl up on the sun deck with a book or go down for a barefoot walk on the beach. Exhale… you’ve arrived!

Friday evening: 5pm – We’ll unwind with a restorative Slow Flow to Yin Yoga practice listening to the sounds of nature. Bliss! After practice we will feast over out first shared meal together.

Saturday morning: Start the day with a Chinese med tonic and meditation on the beach (ocean dips optional) followed by breakfast and a revitalising Vinyasa Yoga practice and meditation. After practice you’ll float off into the day.

Saturday afternoon: Enjoy some free time for you. You may decide to cosy on the deck with a book, treat yourself to a massage or go for a walk along the wild beach.

Saturday evening: In the afternoon, we’ll come together for our second practice of the day with yin yoga and meditation. And then another beautiful shared meal together. Incredible company, delicious and nourishing food, space for introspection and inspiration, what more could you ask for?

Sunday morning: After a restful sleep and delicious breakfast we’ll head to the yoga studio for our last practice and closing circle.

Sunday afternoon: You’ll have the afternoon to enjoy the great ocean road. You could book lunch at Brae or A La Grecque, or go down and explore Lorne. Your retreat finishes at 12pm on Sunday

As your weekend experience comes to a close you’ll be journey back to Melbourne completely recharged.

Private Room (Queen or King Bed): $2,200

Shared King Room: $1,700

Bunk Room: $1,200

**A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot and the final instalment is due December 1.

**Your deposit and retreat payment are refundable before January 1st. An administration fee of $200 will be deducted from your refund.

** Cancellations between January 1 and February 14th are 50% refundable unless you room is booked.

**Cancellations from February 14th will be non-refundable
